Janine van Graan

Janine served her articles with
an audit and accounting firm in
Cape Town, during which time
she obtained her BCompt degree in 1994. Subsequent to the completion of her articles she worked for a small accounting practice, of which she became a Partner in 1997, and was the Financial Manager for a publishing company.
Janine joined M.J. Minter & Co. in July 2003 as
Manager and became a Partner in December 2004.
She is a Pastel Payroll Certified Installer and
specialises in the setting up of management reports
on Pastel.
Janine is a registered Associate General Accountant
(SA) as well as a Professional Accountant (SA).
Mark Minter
Dip (Forestry), BCom, Hons BCompt, Professional Accountant
Managing Partner
Mark originally studied forestry
qualifying in 1983. He worked in
Cape Town for the Department of Forestry until 1991. Mark completed his articles in 1995, while studying for his Honours degree in Accounting Science. He established M.J. Minter & Co. after completing his articles.
Mark has extensive commercial experience, particularly in the Medical Industry. He is a keen environmentalist and an enthusiastic climber.
Mark is a registered Associate General Accountant (SA) as well as a Professional Accountant (SA).
